Beautifully furnished with a king-size bed and a comfortable seating area, they’re perfect for slowing down and making yourself at home. These rooms can also accommodate an additional roll-out bed, making them suitable for two adults and one child or infant.

The Gainsborough Suite is our most luxurious room and a true centrepiece of The Old Bull Inn. With its magnificent four-poster bed, elegant furnishings and generous living space, it’s designed for those looking to make their stay extra special. A comfortable sofa converts into an additional double bed, making the suite equally suited to romantic escapes, family stays, or as a beautiful bridal suite.

Tucked away on the uppermost floor of the inn, The Loft Double Room offers a quiet and cosy retreat. As our most affordable room, it may have a more modest outlook, but it doesn’t compromise on comfort or character – making it an excellent choice for guests looking for a peaceful night’s stay.

Also nestled within the loft of the building, our Loft King Room is full of historic charm. Original timber beams, beautiful stained-glass windows and views across our courtyard towards Sudbury’s historic church make this one of the most distinctive rooms in the inn.
